My food philosophy is simple: I eat foods that make me feel good. I listen to my body and seek out foods that nourish and sustain me throughout busy days. I am fascinated with nutrition and believe what we eat can have a huge effect on our lives, from our energy levels to our overall happiness and satisfaction.
My nutritional philosophy doesn’t involve chomping on plain kale all day and I certainly don’t deny myself the occasional sweet. I hope that my recipes show you how flavorful and exciting healthy vegetarian meals can be. And since I know how hard it can be to come home after a long day and cook a meal, all of my recipes are designed with ease and simplicity in mind.
When I’m not making a mess in the kitchen, I’m probably either spending time with my husband and two crazy cats, reading a detective novel or coping with an extreme case of wanderlust.
